We are currently seeking to recruit a true hospitality professional, with the flair to deliver service at the highest level, in the position of a Turndown Room Attendant.

Key duties connected with this role are as follows:

  • Perform the turndown procedure in each room allocated per shift
  • Follow the current cleaning procedures ensuring optimum productivity
  • Understand the use of the referenced cleaning products
  • Collect any dirty linen and prepare for the Laundry
  • Collect and hand in any lost property to Floor Housekeeper
  • Remove rubbish from rooms and place in the service area
  • Remove room service dishes and amenity presentations and place in the service area
  • Provide all the essential products and ensure that they are replenished regularly
  • Check the operation of equipment and the condition of the soft furnishings, and notify supervisor of any defects or anomalies
  • Clean the public areas of the hotel and the offices as required
