As a Housekeeping Manager, your key focus will be to: work in a team of two Housekeeping Managers, each taking care of a shift ensure that your guests are happy during their stay - always providing warm and fuzzy service, that is highly personalised and anticipatory in nature ensure that your colleagues are happy - train, coach, supervise, correct, give praise, be there for them and show love carry out various administrative duties - give assistance with rosters, time sheets preparation, cleaning schedules etc.
