ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Runner in Palm Court, your main role will be to:

  • ensure the pantry and restaurant are set for service
  • ensure that all cutlery, crockery and trays are spotless and clean before and during service
  • prepare and locate all mise-en-place in strategic areas in the restaurant
  • offer and deliver food
