The Langham, London; Europe's first Grand Hotel, is currently recruiting for a Night Spa Attendant (32 hours per week) to join our talented Chuan Body + Soul team. In this role, you will ensure the hygiene and cleanliness of the Spa and Health Club are maintained on a regular basis.
ABOUT THE ROLE
- Follow LQA (Leading Quality Assurance) and brand standards
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of each area of the Spa and Health Club
- Carry out all tasks outlined in the cleaning schedules
- Follow the cleaning procedures and use cleaning materials as instructed
- Collect dirty towels/linen and re-stock with clean ones
- Assist guests and the team with their requests
ABOUT YOU
- Experience in a similar position and environment, with a firm understanding of excellence in customer service
- Excellent customer service
- Great attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of the team
- Good time management skills
- Ability to carry out manual handling tasks, which could include deep cleaning, vacuuming and similar tasks
