The Langham, London- Europe’s first Grand Hotel is currently recruiting for a Sales Executive to join our talented Sales and Marketing team.

We are looking for a pro-active, highly organised and guest-focused Entertainment Sales Executive to provide administrative, sales and operational support to the Entertainment Sales team.

This role is integral to the day-to-day success of the department, supporting clients across film, television, music, fashion, the arts, sports and wider creative industries.

You will coordinate enquiries, assist with VIP guest management, support high‑profile events such as press junkets, and ensure a seamless experience for clients from enquiry through to post‑event follow‑up.

Working within a fast‑paced environment, you will collaborate with multiple departments to deliver exceptional service while ensuring compliance with LHG standards, procedures and brand values.

ABOUT THE ROLE

  • In the role of the Sales Executive - Entertainment, your key duties will be to:
  • Support the Entertainment Sales team with prospecting, lead generation, and telesales.
  • Respond promptly to sales enquiries, preparing proposals and quotations in line with company standards, response times and sales guidelines.
  • Support the Entertainment Sales team in all areas of quoting, planning, pre‑arrival, managing the client’s in‑house and follow‑up, including billing.
  • Prepare contracts and related documentation, ensuring appropriate approvals, signatures and deposits have been obtained.
  • Support clients throughout the entire sales journey, from quotation and planning through to arrival, in‑house coordination, billing and post‑event follow‑up.
  • Coordinate VIP guest requests, ensuring room allocations, amenities and arrival experiences meet company standards.
  • Assist with the planning and delivery of press junkets, film promotions and entertainment‑related events, working closely with operational departments.
  • Conduct site inspections for sales clients and industry colleagues.
  • Provide administrative support to the Entertainment Sales team, including preparing correspondence, presentations, reports and sales documentation.
  • Answer reservation and sales enquiries professionally and efficiently.

DO YOU HAVE?

  • Previous experience working in a 5* hotel in a Sales, Events and/or operational departments.
  • London luxury hotel experience and previous experience of working with entertainment clients is desirable.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment that changes daily.
  • Confidence in working with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Power Point.
  • Experience using hospitality systems such as Salesforce, Delphi and Cvent is desirable.
