ABOUT THE ROLE

  • Ensure that all guests' needs are being dealt with immediately and complaints are handled efficiently and written down in the logbook.
  • Greet, check in and perform rooming procedure.
  • Oversee the food and beverage offerings – ensuring that they are in sufficient supply and presented beautifully.
  • Motivate, lead and develop the Langham Club team.
  • Carry out administrative duties e.g. duty rotas, manage holiday requests, sickness/absence, monthly stock takes etc.
  • Ensure that Health and Safety, food hygiene regulations and procedures are followed and respected at all times.

ABOUT YOU

  • Previous food and beverage background is desirable.
  • Previous experience of working at a supervisor/assistant manager level is essential.
  • Understanding luxury customer service is a must.
  • Great attention to detail.
  • Strong managerial and leadership qualities.
  • Previous experience of preparing roster, or handling a variety of administrative tasks.
  • Previous experience of Opera PMS and MICROS systems is an advantage.
