The Langham, London, Europes first Grand Hotel, is currently recruiting for a Director of Food & Beverage to join and lead our talented Food and Beverage team. We're an equal opportunities employer, and we welcome and value applications from all communities.
ABOUT THE ROLE
- In the role of Director of Food and Beverage, your key focus will be to plan, organise, direct and control the day-to-day activities of the Food & Beverage outlets to achieve quality and profitability targets.
- Partner with Chef Roux Ltd and senior leadership within the hotel on the strategic direction of the F&B outlets and the delivery of services therein.
- Review and evaluate the degree of customer acceptance of F&B products and service offerings through Guest Satisfaction Index (GSI) ratings and/or external ratings agencies (e.g. TripAdvisor).
- Work with Sales & Marketing and Roux partners to identify and exploit F&B marketing and promotion opportunities.
- Maintain an awareness of F&B market trends/competitor activity and recommend changes to menu and service methodologies to keep up with, or ahead of, market.
- Undertake project work in relation to the F&B division at the direction of the Managing Director & Hotel Manager.
