ABOUT THE ROLE
- Provide a warm welcome and engage with all guests
- Manage the flow of the room, waiting list and the turn of the tables
- Have excellent guest recognition for our hotel residents and external regular guests
- Demonstrate excellent food and drinks menu knowledge
- Support the team with any other duties including running food, serving drinks, helping with guest enquiries and liaising with other departments

- Previous experience in a similar 5* environment
- Flair, passion and a conscientious attitude
- Confidence, professionalism and engaging personality
- Ability to think outside of the box to surprise and delight our guests
