An amazing opportunity has arisen for a passionate and talented Head Chef for all day dining β bars, lounge, in-room dining to work at The Langham, London in partnership with Albert and Michel Roux Jr.
As Head Chef, you will create an inspiring environment for the team. This is your opportunity to work alongside the Executive Chef in leading the team in sharpening their skills working in a five star brand, with great career development opportunities. You will work with an impressive and diverse team delivering world class culinary experiences for our guests.
This is for someone who is creative, bursting with ideas, enjoys working with fresh ingredients, understands the different demands of the operations and works closely with the front of house teams to increase their product knowledge and confidence in selling the products.
You will be responsible for the Palm Court lounge, Artesian bar, In-Room Dining and Langham Club menu. You will have experience working in a hotel of similar quality. We want your leadership skills, great experience, innovation, charisma and passion for hospitality. The rest we can take care of.
