ABOUT THE ROLE
- In the role of Bar Supervisor, your key focus will be to:
- demonstrate excellent knowledge of food and beverage menus to guests
- lead a team within your section, ensuring all guests receive outstanding customer service
- create an emotional engagement with guests, thus creating exceptional memories
- take pride in developing and training junior colleagues
- maximise service delivery opportunities
ABOUT YOU
- excellent knowledge of mixology, wines, champagne and liquor
- previous experience in a similar 5* environment
- flair, passion and a conscientious attitude
- confidence, professionalism and engaging personality
- ability to think outside of the box to surprise and delight our guests
- leadership qualities in driving the team to greater success
