We are seeking a Spa Therapist to join our Club & Spa at The Lanesborough. This is a part‑time position covering weekend shifts, ideal for a professional passionate about exceptional service, luxury wellness and creating memorable guest experiences.
Responsibilities
- Deliver massage and beauty treatments to Lanesborough standard, offering each guest a personalised, bespoke experience.
- Trained on high‑end products, including Ilay and La Prairie, and support retail opportunities to maximise revenue.
Qualifications
- NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy or equivalent (preferred)
- Experience in a similar role within a luxury Club & Spa
- Excellent command of English, second language preferred
- Ability to lead a team and coordinate a department in the absence of senior management
- Immaculate grooming standards
