We have an exceptional opportunity to join our Club & Spa Team at The Lanesborough. Awarded No. 1 Hotel in London in the Travel + Leisure World's Best Awards, this grand luxury mansion has undergone an inspired renovation by the famed interior designer Alberto Pinto. The hotel is home to 93 luxurious suites and bedrooms, modern British dining at The Lanesborough Grill, the vibrant Library Bar and Garden Room, and the magnificent Lanesborough Club & Spa.
As a Spa Therapist, you should be confident in massage and beauty treatments, delivered to Lanesborough standard whilst offering each and every guest a personalised, bespoke experience at The Lanesborough Club and Spa. You will be trained on our luxurious, high-end products, Ila and La Prairie, from the various treatments to retail opportunities to maximise revenue.
Key Requirements- NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy or equivalent preferred
- Experience in a similar role within a luxury Club & Spa
- Excellent command of the English language; a second language would be preferred
- Ability to lead a team and coordinate a department in the absence of senior management
- Immaculate grooming standards
- Show drive for Excellent Customer Service leading by example
- Passionate about fitness and wellbeing
