We have an exceptional opportunity to join our Sales & Marketing Team at The Lanesborough. Awarded No. 1 Hotel in London in the Travel + Leisure World's Best Awards, this grand luxury mansion has undergone an inspired renovation by the famed interior designer Alberto Pinto. The hotel is home to 93 luxurious suites and bedrooms, modern British dining at The Lanesborough Grill, the vibrant Library Bar and Garden Room, and the magnificent Lanesborough Club & Spa.
As the Marketing Executive, you will be an integral part of the Sales & Marketing team, supporting The Lanesborough and The Lanesborough Club & Spa’s marketing and communications activities. Your focus will be on managing social media channels and content calendars, creating original on-brand, engaging and high-quality social media content (video and photo on iPhone), and assisting with other digital marketing tasks such as picture editing, website management and copywriting. You will be a great team player who enjoys working with multiple teams across the hotel, but who is also able to work independently as part of a small team to meet deadlines and stay on top of schedules.
Key Requirements
- Manage and grow the hotel's social media presence across all channels, creating engaging, luxury-focused content that showcases the hotel's rooms, dining, wellness offerings, experiences and people.
- Create, edit and publish high-quality photo and video content using iPhone and creative tools including Instagram Edits, CapCut and Adobe Creative Suite, ensuring all content aligns with brand guidelines.
- Develop and manage the social media content calendar, working closely with operational teams to plan campaigns, seasonal moments, events and commercial opportunities.
- Support the wider marketing strategy through social media campaigns, paid advertising, website updates and digital content management.
- Monitor social media performance, trends and competitor activity, providing insights and recommendations to increase engagement, brand awareness and bookings.
- Collaborate with internal teams, Oetker Hotels, agencies and external partners to deliver compelling marketing content while acting as a guardian of the brand across all consumer-facing channels.
