We have an exceptional opportunity to join our Sales & Marketing Team at The Lanesborough. Awarded No. 1 Hotel in London in the Travel + Leisure World's Best Awards, on the doorstep of Hyde Park, just a short walk from Harrods, Harvey Nichols and London’s most exclusive shopping district; Sloane Street and Knightsbridge, this grand luxury mansion has undergone an inspired renovation by the famed interior designer Alberto Pinto. The hotel is home to 93 luxurious suites and bedrooms, modern British dining at The Lanesborough Grill, the vibrant Library Bar and Garden Room and the magnificent Lanesborough Club & Spa.
Candidate Profile Duties And Responsibilities Include:
- Completing all aspects of group bookings from initial enquiry, group contract, operations coordination through to final billing and follow up.
- Compile all Group recaps, coordinating with hotel departments to ensure the smooth running of groups in house.
- Schedule and lead internal group meetings to provide updates to HOD’s.
- Full account management and responsibility of group and MICE business.
- Researching and developing new sources of business for groups, Private Dining and leisure events.
- Conduct quarterly review of accounts and follow-up on lapsed business.
- Ensure the sales B2B CRM is up to date and sales activities are recorded / blocked.
