We have an exceptional opportunity to join our Front Office Team at The Lanesborough. Awarded No. 1 Hotel in London in the Travel + Leisure World's Best Awards, this grand luxury mansion has undergone an inspired renovation by the famed interior designer Alberto Pinto. The hotel is home to 93 luxurious suites and bedrooms, modern British dining at The Lanesborough Grill, the vibrant Library Bar and Garden Room, and the magnificent Lanesborough Club & Spa.
We are seeking an engaging and service-driven hospitality professional who is passionate about creating memorable guest experiences. As the first and last point of contact for many of our guests, you will be a confident communicator with a natural ability to make people feel welcome and valued. You will thrive in a fast-paced luxury environment, take pride in delivering personalised service, and consistently demonstrate professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine warmth. A proactive approach, strong interpersonal skills, and a passion for exceeding guest expectations are essential for success in this role.
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience within Front Office in a 4* or 5* establishment is essential; experience in the luxury London market would be preferred.
- Excellent command of the English language; a second language would be preferred.
- Immaculate grooming standards.
- Show drive for excellent customer service.
- Ability to work on own initiative is essential.
- Be available, flexible and willing to work a 24h roster when required.
- Knowledge of Opera system would be preferred.
