We have an exceptional opportunity to join our Food & Beverage Team at The Lanesborough. Awarded No. 1 Hotel in London in the Travel + Leisure World's Best Awards, on the doorstep of Hyde Park, just a short walk from Harrods, Harvey Nichols and London's most exclusive shopping district; Sloane Street and Knightsbridge, this grand luxury mansion has undergone an inspired renovation by the famed interior designer Alberto Pinto. The hotel is home to 93 luxurious suites and bedrooms, modern British dining at The Lanesborough Grill, the vibrant Library Bar and Garden Room and the magnificent Lanesborough Club & Spa.
As a Food & Beverage Coordinator (Maternity Cover) you will be an exceptional team player and have a passion for delivering an outstanding guest experience. You will play a key role in supporting all areas within the F&B department to ensure an efficient and smooth running of the daily operation. You will be an excellent team player and have excellent communication and customer service skills. You will be flexible, able to use your initiative and organise your activities well. You will be a natural and confident communicator, with exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels.
Key Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury establishment is essential
- Excellent command of the English language and a second language would be preferred
- Immaculate grooming standards
- Show drive and passion for Excellent Customer Service
- Good computer skills, competent in using MS Office and great attention to details are essential
- Previous experience with Opera and Opentable is desirable but not essential
