As a Commis Waiter you will be an excellent communicator and take a hands‑on approach to your role. You will be a team player supporting both the terrace and kitchen team with mise en place and service operations to ensure that your team creates a memorable experience for our guests. On occasions you will be responsible to work on your own accord and communicate with key departments to ensure a flawless service. There is a key emphasis on procedures and reporting to your supervisor anything that requires immediate attention.
Key Requirements
- Experience in a similar role within a fine dining restaurant in a luxury establishment is essential.
- Excellent command of the English language and a second language would be preferred.
- Immaculate grooming standards.
