As the Head Housekeeper , you will lead our housekeeping team to ensure immaculate cleanliness and appearance throughout the hotel. Your role is crucial in providing exceptional guest service by efficiently handling requests and queries, and communicating guests\’ preferences to all departments for a seamless stay. Through meticulous attention to detail, effective collaboration, and efficient resource management, you will help create a home-like environment, enhancing the overall guest experience at The Lanesborough.
