As a Private Dining Floor Manager, you will provide an exceptional guest service experience. You will be an excellent communicator and take a hands‑on approach to your role. You will have a real passion for food and wine, enabling you to upsell and promote the facilities offered in the hotel. You will be a team player to ensure your team creates a memorable experience for our guests.

Key Requirements

  • Supervisory or managerial experience within Private Dining Operations in a luxury establishment of minimum 2 years is preferred but not essential
  • Good wine knowledge is essential
  • Excellent command of the English language; a second language would be preferred
  • Immaculate grooming standards
  • Show drive and passion for excellent customer service
