We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated andpositive teaching assistant to join our amazing team. We are a very happyschool with fantastic children in a very supportive community. You willbe working within a team of dedicated professionals who work hard every day to provide the best experiences and education for our children. We area three-form entry school which means you will have a strong team around youfor guidance and support. You will have lots of opportunities to shareyour ideas - we are always looking for new and exciting ways to work. We are looking to appoint a dedicated practitioner to work with children with SEND. This may be on a 1:1 or group basis and will be supported by a large teamof colleagues. If you have had ELSAtraining and delivered ELSA focused interventions we would especially like tohear from you, but this is not essential for the role.
We are looking for a teachingassistant who can demonstrate:
- An enthusiastic and flexible attitude, committed toworking as part of a team and dedicated to enabling children to be their best.
- A strong commitment to inclusion.
- Prior experience of working with children who haveadditional needs.
- High expectations for ensuring the best outcomes forchildren.
- Effective one to one, and small group classroomsupport.
