About Our Client
Our client is a product-led technology business developing digital services used by a large and diverse customer base. As the product function expands, they are looking for an experienced UX Researcher to strengthen customer insight and help shape future products.
The Role
You will plan and deliver qualitative and quantitative research across the product lifecycle, working closely with Product Managers, Designers and Data teams. Your research will uncover user behaviours, needs and pain points and turn them into clear recommendations for product teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct user interviews, usability testing and discovery research.
- Select appropriate qualitative and quantitative research methods.
- Work with Product and Design teams to identify research priorities.
- Recruit and manage research participants where required.
- Analyse findings and communicate actionable insights.
- Create research reports, journey maps and evidence-based recommendations.
- Build a research repository and improve how customer insight is shared.
- Champion user-centred decision-making across product teams.
Skills & Experience
- Commercial UX Research, User Research or customer insight experience.
- Strong experience conducting interviews and usability testing.
- Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
- Ability to turn complex research findings into clear recommendations.
- Experience working within Agile product and technology teams.
- Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with research platforms and analytics tools is advantageous.
