This is a pivotal role at the heart of the business, supporting our Senior Leadership Team across Finance, People, Legal and IT.

About the Role
As a trusted partner to senior leaders, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring our executives are fully supported to deliver on both strategic and operational priorities.
You’ll manage complex schedules, coordinate key activities across the business, and act as a central point of contact, maintaining the highest levels of professionalism and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
- Executive Support & Coordination
- Manage complex diaries across multiple senior leaders, balancing competing priorities
- Oversee executive inboxes, prioritising communications and drafting responses
- Act as a key liaison between senior leadership, employees, clients and external stakeholders
- Handle sensitive financial and people-related information with discretion
- Provide cover for the Executive Assistant to the CEO when required
- Calendar, Travel & Expenses
- Coordinate meetings, appointments and key business activities
- Arrange travel, accommodation and detailed itineraries
- Process expense claims accurately and in a timely manner
- Communication & Correspondence
- Draft, edit and proofread high-quality documents, reports and presentations
- Ensure all communications are professional, accurate and timely
- Support internal and external communications as required
- Meeting & Business Support
- Plan and deliver meetings, conferences and leadership sessions end-to-end
- Prepare agendas, board packs and briefing materials
- Attend meetings where required, taking minutes and tracking actions
- Support smooth running of leadership and board rhythms
- Data, Reporting & Projects
- Gather and analyse information to support decision-making
- Conduct research and compile insights for executive planning
- Support key Finance and People initiatives
- Track deadlines and actions across multiple stakeholders
- General Administration
- Support office administration and maintain organised records
- Manage incoming requests and ensure timely follow-up
- Continuously improve processes and ways of working
About You
We’re looking for someone who is highly organised, proactive and confident working with senior stakeholders.
You’ll bring
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally supporting C-suite leaders
- Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Confidence building relationships and influencing stakeholders
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to anticipate needs
- High levels of integrity, discretion and professionalism
- Experience supporting Finance and/or HR (People) functions (desirable)
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Power Point, Excel)
