We are the UK’s largest end to end drainage solution provider with depots strategically located across the UK from Aberdeen to Plymouth, to ensure round the clock coverage for customers and clients alike.
About the role:
We are currently recruiting for a Works Coordinator in support of our Glasgow Depot.
Location: Glasgow
Working Hours: 40 hours per week (Monday - Friday)
Salary: up to £31,000.00 depending on experience
What you will be doing:
- Liaising with our procurement team, transport team and training team
- Raising of purchase orders through our online portals
- Organization of vehicle maintenance calendars
- Arranging and tracking works permits
- Supporting with risk assessments & method statements
- Collation of personnel-related paperwork such as inductions, training, leaver and joiner details
- Logging absence requests
- General admin duties around the depot
