A fast-growing property maintenance and repairs company is looking for an ambitious Operations Manager to join their team and drive further growth. Specialising in voids, repairs & maintenance, damp & mould, and housing association works, the business is currently turning over £4 million and is on track to hit £10 million. Expansion is rapid, fuelled by strong client relationships, referrals, and a reputation for delivering quality work. With around 70 staff and a 25% team growth planned this year, it’s an exciting time to come on board.
The Role:
- As Operations Manager, you’ll essentially run your own stream of business – managing 20–40 operatives, 2–3 supervisors, and an in-house admin team.
- You’ll be responsible for:
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Managing projects to ensure profitability while hitting client KPIs
- Ensuring Health & Safety procedures are followed
- Minimising recalls and snags
- Driving operational efficiency and commercial success
You:
- Experienced in repairs & maintenance, voids, and SOR codes
- Ideally with some experience in damp & mould works
- Computer literate, organised, and commercially sharp
- Strong leadership and client management skills
- Ambitious, proactive, and performance-driven — with bonuses linked to growth and success
