We’re looking for a Battery Management System (BMS) System Engineer to lead our Test Engineering Team with technical insight, precision, and a collaborative mindset.
What You’ll Do:
- Be the technical leader and go-to person for test strategy and execution
- Translate system-level requirements into robust, traceable test cases
- Collaborate closely with system engineers, software, and hardware teams
- Drive test coverage analysis, process improvement, and peer reviews
- Help evolve our test tools and automation frameworks
What You Bring:
- Degree in Electrical/Systems Engineering or similar
- Deep knowledge of BMS architecture (SOC, SOH, thermal, diagnostics)
- Experience with tools like CANoe, Vector, MATLAB/Simulink, Polarion/DOORS
- Strong understanding of ISO 26262 and functional safety
- Excellent team collaboration and communication skills
