What You’ll Do:

  • Be the technical leader and go-to person for test strategy and execution
  • Translate system-level requirements into robust, traceable test cases
  • Collaborate closely with system engineers, software, and hardware teams
  • Drive test coverage analysis, process improvement, and peer reviews
  • Help evolve our test tools and automation frameworks

What You Bring:

  • Degree in Electrical/Systems Engineering or similar
  • Deep knowledge of BMS architecture (SOC, SOH, thermal, diagnostics)
  • Experience with tools like CANoe, Vector, MATLAB/Simulink, Polarion/DOORS
  • Strong understanding of ISO 26262 and functional safety
  • Excellent team collaboration and communication skills

Bonus Points:

  • 5+ years in BMS, automotive, or embedded systems testing
  • Python/CAPL scripting, automated testing experience
  • ISTQB certification
