Overview

We are Bristol’s boutique bowling alley, bar, live music venue and diner. With five bowling lanes, karaoke room and pool tables we pride ourselves in doing things a little differently.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the chef with food preparation and service.
  • As training progresses, learn to make pizzas using fresh ingredients and hand-stretched dough to a high standard.

Qualifications

  • Some kitchen experience is beneficial but not essential.
