The role involves carrying out a variety of grounds maintenance duties, operating horticultural equipment safely, and supporting seasonal services while ensuring health and safety procedures are followed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out grass cutting, hedge trimming, border maintenance, and leaf clearance.
  • Undertake litter picking and weed spraying where required.
  • Operate hand tools and powered horticultural machinery safely.
  • Deliver winter maintenance services, including gritting and snow clearance.
  • Assist with seasonal duties such as Christmas tree installation.
