About the Role As General Manager, you will have full responsibility for the performance of the business, including: Driving sales, profit, and operational excellence Leading, developing and inspiring a large front-of-house team Managing all aspects of HR, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, disciplinaries and staff welfare Ensuring full compliance with employment law and company procedures Delivering high standards across service, atmosphere, and compliance Managing labour, stock, and GP control A hands-on leader who is visible on the floor and leads the team through busy services Maximising revenue through events, sport and peak trading periods This is a role for someone who is as comfortable on the floor during a busy service as they are reviewing the weekly P
