We are looking for a 12‑month maternity cover Talent and Culture Officer to join our team at the Landmark London, located opposite Marylebone Station and a short walk from Baker Street and Edgware Road stations. The role begins immediately and focuses on delivering memorable moments and five‑star service to our guests and team.

Responsibilities
- Manage, advise on, and resolve all T&C, recruitment and training queries from team members and managers to deliver a prompt, effective service.
- Oversee the entire recruitment process (from advertising to offer stage) for all vacancies in assigned departments, ensuring high‑caliber hires that meet headcount and budget requirements.
- Liaise with Department Managers on all employee relations matters, providing coaching and people‑management guidance to resolve employment issues appropriately.
- Provide coaching and guidance to management regarding performance management, including formal performance management where appropriate.
- Undertake all necessary T&C administration tasks within expected scope, maintaining high standards of work.
- Work a minimum of 40 hours per week, with flexible hours as necessary to fulfil duties.
