We are currently looking for a passionate Director of Central Reservations, to join our Central Reservations Department on a permanent basis, with an immediate start to consistently deliver memorable moments and five star service to our guests and each other. It is important to us that everyone in the team brings positive energy to support our happy and fun environment, as we strive to build a community of diverse backgrounds and life experiences, where we care about careers and not just jobs.
Responsibilities
- Configure, utilise and manage the reservations management systems (i.e. PMS; OTA extranets, Spa and F&B booking platforms) and tools to ensure the maximum efficiency of the booking process and smooth operation across all cluster properties.
- Ensure the standard operating procedures (SOP’s) and systems of work are up to date and unified across all cluster properties maximising the efficiency and productivity and supporting the team.
- Ensure that the connectivity with channel manager and interfaces (i.e. Opera, Revinate, SynXis, Prompt etc) are up and running and take an immediate action by contacting relevant vendor if any issue arises.
- Effectively maintain and monitor rooms availability for each property assuring inventory is in balance or overbooking decisions are in place in line with the most current strategy and ensuring maximum sale.
- Implement and maintain effective up‑selling program ensuring all opportunities are captured including up‑selling of Spa and F&B offering and total revenue targets are met generating incremental revenue by actively promoting all hotel outlets.
- You will be required to work such hours as are necessary to fulfil their duties and in any event not less than 40 hours.
