We are located opposite Marylebone station and a short walk from Baker Street and Edgware Road stations. We are currently looking for a passionate Staff Restaurant Head Chef to join our Kitchen Team on a permanent basis, with an immediate start to consistently deliver memorable moments and five-star service to our guests and each other.

- Take ownership for the correct preparation of MEP & service for the hotel staff restaurant to the highest standard.
- Work with the Executive Chef on menu planning, delivery, stock control & ordering.
- Comply with and maintain food standards daily, including the quality of produce served to the hotel teams.
- Produce food in a timely fashion and proactively adjust when required.
- Relevant experience in delivering up to 300+ covers daily, preferably from an open counter outlet or large buffet kitchen background.
- You will be required to work 40 hours per week, on a shift rota.
