As a Waiter / Waitress, your main duties and expectations for the role will include:

  • To be fully knowledgeable about all the allergens and their presence in the dishes and drinks offered in the restaurant and to know where to find all the information.
  • To participate in food and beverage training and Master classes to ensure up to date knowledge of product.
  • To be attentive to all guests and ensures that special requests are delivered.
  • To work closely with Waiter, Outlet’s Supervisor and Manager on duty to ensure the smooth running of the shift.
  • To be fully aware of all F&B Promotions in place for all the F&B Areas in the Hotel and to communicate them to guests when appropriate.
  • To perform any other duties as requested by Outlet’s Supervisor or Manager on duty to ensure our guests receive efficient service.

You will be required to work 40 hours per week, on a shift rota.
