We are currently looking for a passionate Waiter/Waitress, to join our Restaurant on a fixed-term basis, with an immediate start to consistently deliver memorable moments and five-star service to our guests and each other. It is important to us that everyone in the team brings positive energy to support our happy and fun environment, as we strive to build a community of diverse backgrounds and life experiences, where we care about careers and not just jobs.
As a Waiter/Waitress, your main duties and expectations for the role will include:
- To be fully knowledgeable about all the allergens and their presence in the dishes and drinks offered in the restaurant and to know where to find all the information.
- To participate in food and beverage training and Master classes to ensure up to date knowledge of product.
- To be attentive to all guests and ensures that special requests are delivered.
- To work closely with Waiter, Outlet’s Supervisor and Manager on duty to ensure the smooth running of the shift.
- To be fully aware of all F&B Promotions in place for all the F&B Areas in the Hotel and to communicate them to guests when appropriate.
- To perform any other duties as requested by Outlet’s Supervisor or Manager on duty to ensure our guests receive efficient service.
You will be required to work 40 hours per week, on a shift rota.
