We are currently looking for a passionate Waiter/Waitress, to join our Banqueting Department on a casual basis, with an immediate start to consistently deliver memorable moments and five-star service to our guests and each other. It is important to us that everyone in the team brings positive energy to support our happy and fun environment, as we strive to build a community of diverse backgrounds and life experiences, where we care about careers and not just jobs.

As a Waiter/Waitress, your main duties and expectations for the role will include:

  • To have a thorough understanding of and commitment towards achieving The Landmark London high standards in food and beverage service.
  • To serve and look after guests’ needs in a professional manner.
  • To be responsible for all operating equipment under your control.
  • To inform the Manager in charge of guests’ comments or requirements if you cannot resolve them immediately.
  • To take ownership in keeping all working areas safe and tidy in order to create a safe working environment.

You will work the hours according to your availability and business needs, just notify your manager and they will schedule your shifts accordingly.
