About the role:

This is a role which reports to the Head of IT. You will be responsible for the ongoing administration of Salesforce and supporting applications. You will support testing and enhancements of Salesforce developments. This is a full-time role based in the head office in White Waltham.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide Salesforce support to head office and remote staff.
  • Triage, analyse and resolve (where possible) Salesforce incidents and information requests.
  • Write test scripts and scenarios for testing of Salesforce developments.
  • Carry out system/regression testing of Salesforce developments.
  • Work closely with our external Salesforce partners and other suppliers to resolve issues.
  • Carry out Salesforce administration tasks including monitoring of CRM inbox.
  • Review reports and configuration on system limits and errors
  • Salesforce configuration on objects, page layouts and apps.
  • Manage user accounts, profiles and permission sets.
  • Develop user training documentation and provide user training on Salesforce.
  • To carry out other duties from time to time as may reasonably be requested.

Entry Requirements:

  • You\\\'ll need to attend an online interview with our Talent Team and pass initial assessments in maths and English once you have completed your registration.
  • You will need to be within a commutable distance to the office location listed.

  • Excellent investigation and diagnostic skills.
