We are hiring a Senior Reservations Agent to join our Central Reservations Department on a permanent basis. The role involves delivering memorable experiences and five-star service, fostering a positive and diverse team environment.

Your main duties will include:

  • Handling inbound reservations via calls, emails, and online requests for multiple properties, adhering to standards (LQA, IHG)
  • Using Opera Cloud, Spa/F&B booking systems, Outlook, and other tools to ensure data accuracy and efficiency
  • Understanding budgets and forecasts for properties, including Spa and F&B targets
  • Monitoring performance against targets and implementing sales strategies
  • Managing availability, inventory, overbooking, and cross-selling to maximize sales opportunities

The position requires working 40 hours per week on a shift rota.
