We are currently seeking a Public Area Attendant to join our Accommodation Services Team on a permanent basis, with an immediate start. The role involves delivering memorable experiences and five-star service to guests and colleagues. We value positive energy and diversity, fostering a community where careers matter.
As a Public Area Attendant, your main duties will include:
· Cleaning and maintaining all public, back-of-house, and office areas, with daily, weekly, and monthly tasks
· Assisting with deliveries: receiving, checking, and storing supplies
· Reporting equipment malfunctions and maintenance issues to management, and stock needs
· Assisting in training new staff as required
· Performing other duties as assigned by management
The role requires working 40 hours per week on a shift rota.
