We are currently looking for a passionate Front Office Supervisor to join our Front Office on a permanent basis, with an immediate start to consistently deliver memorable moments and five star service to our guests and each other. It is important to us that everyone in the team brings positive energy to support our happy and fun environment, as we strive to build a community of diverse backgrounds and life experiences, where we care about careers and not just jobs.

Responsibilities:

  • To exercise empowerment in handling guest complaints, taking corrective action such as allowing certain charges off the guest's account, recording this action in the guest's history and reporting it to Front Office Management when needed.
  • To make room assignments for incoming guests using advance reservations requests and personal empowerment as a basis for selection.
  • To increase the hotel’s revenue by up-selling room categories, in accordance with set targets and daily availability.
  • To supervise the Front Office Clerks in their work, ensuring maximum performance, good time keeping and ensuring they are displaying company behaviours at all times.
  • To be responsible for cash floats, reporting shortages/overages to the Front Office Manager, Assistant Director of Rooms/Director of Rooms.

You will be required to work 40 hours per week, on a shift rota.
