The Landmark London is seeking a passionate Senior Sous Chef to join our Kitchen on a permanent basis. You will lead a team across all meal periods, work with the head chef on seasonal menus, and ensure restaurant service meets five-star standards for our guests.
We require proven leadership in a large kitchen, a minimum of 40 hours weekly, and a track record at or above 2 AA rosettes. Excellent energy, development focus, and commitment to quality are essential.
