The Landmark London is seeking a passionate Senior Sous Chef to lead the kitchen across all meal periods, from breakfast to dinner. This permanent role offers an immediate start and a chance to deliver five-star service to our guests while developing a diverse, energetic team.
You will work with the head chef on seasonal menus, maintain high standards of food safety, and take ownership in the head chef's absence. Minimum 2 AA Rosettes experience is required.
