We are currently looking for a passionate Barista, to join our Restaurant on a permanent basis, with an immediate start to consistently deliver memorable moments and five‑star service to our guests and each other.

Responsibilities

  • Be fully knowledgeable about all the allergens and their presence in the dishes and drinks offered in the restaurant and know where to find all the information.
  • Participate in food and beverage training and Master classes to ensure up to date knowledge of product.
  • Be attentive to all guests and ensure that special requests are delivered.
  • Work closely with Waiter, Outlet’s Supervisor and Manager on duty to ensure the smooth running of the shift.
  • Be fully aware of all F&B Promotions in place for all the F&B Areas in the Hotel and communicate them to guests when appropriate.
  • Perform any other duties as requested by Outlet’s Supervisor or Manager on duty to ensure our guests receive efficient service.
  • Prepare coffee beverages, such as espresso, cappuccino, latte, and iced drinks.
  • Provide menu recommendations based on the guest preference.

You will be required to work 40 hours per week, on a shift rota.
