We are currently looking for a passionate Assistant Spa Manager, to join our Spa Departmenton a permanent basis, with an immediate start to consistently deliver memorable moments and five star service to our guests and each other.

  • As an Assistant Spa Manager, your main duties and expectations for the role will include:
  • Assist the Spa Manager in financial requirements and retails sales are adhered to, the emphasis being on profitability by the Spa team.
  • Liaise with the receptionists to ensure reconciliation of funds at the close of each shift, and that any discrepancy has been investigated and the findings logged and the Spa Manager informed.
  • To be responsible for the administration of goods, requisition, inventories, and cost effective usage of all department related materials and assets.
  • Ensure a par stock appropriate to the business demands. Engaged in building relationship with suppliers to maximize support.
  • Assist the Spa Manager in the day to day operations of the Spa, managing the rota and team training.
  • Assist in providing treatments when necessary to cover business demands and team absence.

You will be required to work such hours as are necessary to fulfil their duties and in any event not less than 40 hours.
