- We are currently looking for a passionate
- Spa Receptionist , to join our
Spa on a permanent basis, with an immediate start to consistently deliver memorable moments and five-star service to our guests and each other.

- As a
- Spa Receptionist , your main duties and expectations for the role will include:
- Handle phone, email, and in-person reservations, ensuring efficient use of therapist time and treatment rooms
- Provide information on treatments, products, and promotions, and resolve guest queries promptly and professionally
- Manage cash, card, and membership transactions accurately, including gift voucher sales
- Promote and upsell spa products and packages to maximise revenue.
- Manage booking systems, and coordinate with therapists, spa management and other departments for smooth operations
- You will be required to work
40 hours per week, on a shift rota.
