We are currently looking for a passionate PPM Engineer to join our Engineering team on a permanent basis, with an immediate start to consistently deliver memorable moments and five-star service to our guests and each other. It is important to us that everyone in the team brings positive energy to support our happy and fun environment, as we strive to build a community of diverse backgrounds and life experiences, where we care about careers and not just jobs.

As a PPM Engineer, your main duties and expectations for the role will include:

  • To carry out all routine maintenance of Heating Ventilating and Air Conditioning (HVAC) equipment installed in guest rooms. This includes but is not limited to cleaning/exchanging of filter media, cleaning evaporation coils, cleaning of fans and lubrication of motor bearings, changing of motors where necessary.
  • To identify and report/repair any other defects spotted whilst on duty. To carry out any maintenance in the domestic water, waste water systems.
  • To maintain records of all Plant Preventative Maintenance (PPM) work and Performance tests carried in all guest rooms.
  • To take ownership in keeping all working areas safe and tidy in order to create a safe working environment. Maintains a positive attitude towards the job at all times.
  • To record and maintain own stock of necessary spares so that down time is kept to the absolute minimum.

You will be required to work 40 hours per week, on a shift rota.
