We are currently looking for a passionate Director of Sales - Corporate & Leisure, to join our Sales and Marketing Team on a permanent basis, with an immediate start to consistently deliver memorable moments and five-star service to our guests and each other. As a Director of Sales - Corporate & Leisure, your main duties and expectations for the role will include:
- Develop, implement, and continuously refine corporate and leisure sales strategies to achieve revenue targets across transient, consortia, TMC, corporate negotiated, and leisure segments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients, high-end leisure agencies, travel management companies, and luxury travel consortia (e.g., AMEX, FORA, Virtuoso).
- Conduct regular client meetings, organize sales trips, and attend industry events to promote the hotel and strengthen strategic partnerships.
- Lead annual RFP processes, account reviews, and contract negotiations with a focus on profitability, yield optimization, and long-term value creation.
- Lead, inspire, and manage the Corporate and Leisure Sales team by setting clear objectives, KPIs, and development plans to drive performance and support career progression.
You will be required to work such hours as are necessary to fulfil your duties and, in any event, not less than hours.
