We are currently looking for a passionate Stewarding Operation Manager, to join our Stewarding Department on a permanent basis, with an immediate start to consistently deliver memorable moments and five-star service to our guests and each other. It is important to us that everyone in the team brings positive energy to support our happy and fun environment, as we strive to build a community of diverse backgrounds and life experiences, where we care about careers and not just jobs.

As a Stewarding Operation Manager, your main duties and expectations for the role will include:

  • To manage the stewarding department in all daily operational needs for the hotel to ensure 5 stars standards are maintained or exceeded.
  • To conduct regular performance review and training needs for the department to ensure departmental standards are followed.
  • To manage the hotel back of house hygiene standards, staffing level and equipment needs for the hotel operation.
  • In the absence of the deputy chief steward, assists with administrative tasks for the department.
  • Candidate must demonstrate proven experience managing a large team.
  • Applicants must have relevant experience overseeing stewarding/kitchen operations within a five-star hotel.

You will be required to work such hours as are necessary to fulfil your duties and, in any event, not less than hours.
