Annual earnings to £32,000 (£26,436.80 base salary + non-contractual tronc)
We are currently looking for a passionate Kitchen Porter, to join our Stewarding Team on a permanent basis, with an immediate
start to consistently deliver memorable moments and five-star service to our guests and each other. It is important to us that everyone in the team brings positive energy to support our happy and fun environment, as we strive to build a community of diverse backgrounds and life experiences, where we care about careers and not just jobs.
As a Kitchen Porter, your main duties and expectations for the role will include:
- Take ownership of your area in line with the hotel cleaning standards and food safety.
- To work with the stewarding management team in all matters of crockery & breakages, chemical distribution, waste disposal and cleaning schedules.
- To comply with maintaining food safety by ensuring the cleanliness of all equipment and F&B areas daily.
- To assist the department, you are allocated to work on the day & proactively support as required. To comply with COSHH, health & Safety standards and hotel policies.
- Relevant experience as kitchen porter from a stewarding operation working at scale within a luxury 5 stars hotel or fine dining restaurant.
You will be required to work 40 hours per week, on a shift rota.
