We are currently looking for a passionate Talent and Culture Officer, to join our Talent and Culture Team on a fixed term 12 month basis, with an immediate start to consistently deliver memorable moments and five-star service to our guests and each other. It is important to us that everyone in the team brings positive energy to support our happy and fun environment, as we strive to build a community of diverse backgrounds and life experiences, where we care about careers and not just jobs.
As a Talent and Culture Officer, your main duties and expectations for the role will include:
- Manage, advise on and resolve all nature of T&C, recruitment and training queries from team members and managers to deliver a prompt and effective service to all assigned departments in this respect.
- Oversee the management of the entire recruitment process (from advertising to offer stage) for all recruitment vacancies in assigned departments, ensuring high caliber team members are recruited for each department with eligibility to work, and that all recruitment is in line with headcount and budget requirements.
- Liaise with assigned Department Managers on all employee relations matters, and by appropriate coaching and guidance on people management, ensure all employment matters are resolved appropriately.
- Provide coaching and guidance to the management population in relation to performance management and invoking formal performance management where appropriate.
- Undertake all necessary T&C administration tasks within expected job scope, maintaining high standards of work expected within the department.
You will be required to work such hours as are necessary to fulfil your duties and, in any event, not less than 40 hours. All applicants must be legally eligible to work in the UK.
