Role Responsibilities

  • Monitor arrival list daily to ensure correct room allocation and preferences.
  • Ensure VIPs receive a personalised welcome and ensure that guests are met during their stay to create a memorable experience.
  • Be responsible for replying to surveys and guests' emails ensuring follow ups and complaints are handled in an efficient manner and within 48 hours of reception.
  • Ensure that all relevant details are recorded in the GRM Logbook and on the guest’s profile notes.
  • Assist the Front Office team with check–ins and check–outs when business demands and be present at the desk to ensure face‑to‑face guest recognition and personalised welcome.
  • Ensure all relevant guests traces are arranged and further details from the guests are gathered for a more tailored service.
  • Promote the Leaders Club Member and AMEX THC program with the Front Office Manager and ensure full knowledge and adherence to standards.
  • To work in accordance with the Front Office Department and to act to ensure that all The Landmark London policies and procedures are followed.

Working Hours & Schedule

You will be required to work 38.5 hours per week, on a 4 on 4 off shift rota.
