We are currently looking for a passionate Graduate to join our Central Reservations Team on a permanent basis, with an immediate start to consistently deliver memorable moments and five star service to our guests and each other. As a Graduate, your main duties and expectations for the role will include:

  • Maintain and adhere to The Landmark London Standard Operating Procedures in all day to day duties and to ensure every attempt is made to deliver memorable moments to each and every guest while providing 5* service at all times.
  • Acquiring the knowledge to be able to explain the hotels products and rates on offer, and giving recommendation to our guests to generate maximum revenue for the department.
  • Handle inbound reservation calls, emails, and online requests for cluster properties adhering to each individual property’s standards (i.e. LQA and IHG).
  • Be proficient in usage of Opera Cloud, Spa/F&B booking systems, outlook and any other supporting tools (Revinate, Prompt, Knowcross, Sara, Mitel Ignite, etc.) ensuring the accuracy of data and efficiency of system usage.
  • Understanding of relevant policies and procedures and how to deal with specific situations.
